Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, in the same condition as received.

In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

The following items are non-returnable:

Digital products or downloadable software.

Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., earphones used).

Clearance or final sale items.

Customized or personalized items.

Return Process

Email us at simplytechwhiz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video proof. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
